1. All gift cards will be available for pick-up at the hotel reception desk.
2. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Gift cards may not ship on the same day of order.

3. We are unable to mail gift cards to P.O. boxes. Please use a street address for your gift card to be mailed.

4. Gift cards are not refundable.
