Information About Your Spa Appointment

Our Valet Is Your Valet:

Please allow our valet to handle parking during your visit. Door-to-door service with our compliments.

(See? We meant it when we said ‘Relax’!)

Health Concerns:

A brief health questionnaire will be given to you during your check-in for spa services. Please indicate any health information or medical conditions such as illness, high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.

We're Intuitive, But - Tell Us:

Before your treatment begins, please let the therapist know if any areas need special attention. During your massage, please don’t hesitate to express any discomfort as well as any preferences which will make your experience more enjoyable, such as music volume, massage pressure, bed temperature or whether your body is begging for some change in position or? This is your time for optimal relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

Food & Beverage:

Hot tea and infused water are available in the Co-ed Quiet Lounge. Guests are also welcome to enjoy beverages from our Spa Café menu. Healthy meals, wines, and other beverages are available to enjoy in the Spa Café.

Retail Therapy:

Who says you can’t take it with you? Browsing through our retail display can have a beneficial effect, too – though the ‘lift’ will not last as long as the benefits you’ll receive from treatments. You’ll find high-quality spa products, mementos, and gift items. Candles, skin products, aromatherapy oils, and cosmetics. This area is still growing in popular demand.

Gift Cards:

Gift certificates are available and may be purchased by phone or at the Spa Reception Desk. Please inquire about our volume gift card discounts.

Reservations:

Guests are encouraged to schedule spa appointments well in advance. A credit card will be required to finalize your appointment.

Rewards:

Please enjoy complimentary use of all spa amenities with purchase of any treatment.

Check-In:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in, relax and prepare for your service. Should you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the next guest’s appointment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Please honor our 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows and cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 100%. Group cancellation policies also apply.

Age Requirements:

Guests must be 18 years of age. Special arrangements may be made for youth appointments with the consent and participation of a parent or guardian.

Gratuities:

While not expected, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 15% – 20% is customary.

Spa Attire:

Luxurious robes, sandals and a personal locker are provided. It is customary to completely disrobe for most spa services. Undergarments may be worn during treatments if you prefer. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
